How do I apply a condition for setting colours, to apply when a field has one of multiple values?

The below rule doesn't work.

The conditions for the Group field work on the principle of AND, not OR. Therefore, at the moment, what you are trying to do is impossible.
In version 7, it will be possible to use different groups for the same field.
